I ordered these sarees on 23 August 2019. Two were delivered on 30 August and rest on 9 Sept. #Craftsvilla took 16 days to deliver the sarees. Made 15 calls, more than 20 mails, apart from this no response. Product delivered was totally different and quality of the delivered products was pathetic. Ordered 5 sarees worth 3500, cod, on october 10, quality not good, returned, no one picked up till 21st October . Only automated apology emails to my emails. Does any human work there...pathetic e-commerce
