This mail is regarding complaint against craftsvilla online shopping centre. I ordered 4 sharees from your website with order number[protected] on 31st Aug 2016. Which later was splited into three different orders with order no:[protected],[protected] and[protected]. Out of above three orders I received only first two order[protected] and[protected] and the third order is still on the way. Whereas you people have committed to deliver all these orders within 6-8 working days. And the order which I have received was not as per the specification mentioned in their website. So I called to their customer care for the return of my product (which I received) and refund of the amount for the product (which I have not received yet). But these people are not taking action seriously and every day I used to call them for the same topic. And every day these people giving excuses on daily basis. So, request you to please do the investigation and and resolve the issue otherwise I have to go to the consumer court for justice. Was this information helpful? | |||||
