This is ms. Mrudula shukla & my shipment no.#[protected], dated 03rd june'2017 had ordered online (A cheap & very harsh material saree for rs.1124/-) Seller's address: granth#, 3111-12, new bombay market, nr-sahara darwaja umarwada, surat, surat-395010 Initially craftsvilla.com customercare told me reverse pick-up is not possible so kindly self ship the product & it cost me rs.350/- extra to deliver the product back to the seller. I mailed them to ask who will bear the delivery charges for return shipment & they told me rs.100/- & above will be paid to me which means if my courier charges are more than rs.100 they will pay me back. Also the return charges would be credited to my account but it seems only the product cost has been returned no courier charges has been refunded to me. Was this information helpful? | |||||
