I had placed an order through your website bearing order no.[protected] in the name of ms. Sabrina warkar. I am umnable to sign in into your website, as the system shows the message not allowed to access the portal. I have tried to call your customer care helpline no. [protected] many times. But when i select the option to know the status of the order, the telephone gets disconnected. I have also not received any sms on my mobile regarding shipment of the said order.
