Hi All [whoever is reading this, including company staff], I just want to assure you all that this site is nothing but fake. Just few decades ago they had few good products so it got famous. But now they show something else in their catalog and deliver you something worst. Even after giving you product no one cares to respond to your mails if you have any queries regarding whatever they have given you under the name of the fabric/cloth. My strong recommendation is 'NO' a 'BIG NO' to this site. You order something, they send something else by worst courier services [I got it from FedEx. (Track # was[protected]THE WORST], then at end of day you land up with frustration of wasting money as well as your valuable time. Again for returning that worst stuff you need to pay the charges as you have paid while purchasing too. Now coming up to the parcel that you Craftsvilla guys have delivered to me. 1. I had ordered reddish pink colored gown which was looking damn beautiful in your catalog itself. After getting that parcel I saw my most hated color - Highlighter's pink color. I wanna know Who the hell can wear that color as a GOWN. If you can then go and enjoy yourself. I even did not feel to take efforts to open it. 2. It is net fabric as written in description. I want to know which net did you mean to say. Fish net????? that is also far better than what you have sent. I wanted to wear a gown. Not as a shrug. 3. Now you guys all got to know your product's quality. So I want to return whatever you have given me. I have paid Cast on Delivery. So wanted to know the exact returning process from you guys so that you will get your great product at your door and i'll get my money back :). Legally I have dropped a mail as per your norms. But what the hell...again .. Absolutely no proper response from you. Got only one reply that we are checking, coz of high volume of mails, replies will be delayed and ticket has been created with Ticket #1165537. This I did not know before that whoever buys anything from you want to return it and you get lot of mails daily. Still I am waiting for your reply. Anyways, As per your policy, product should be returned in 7 days. If you are taking 7 months/years just to let us know the process or at least an address where to dump that worst stuff... then how is it possible to send it within 7 days ??????????????????????????? And moreover, your service also took more than 7 days to deliver parcel. So don't expect from customers that they should return on time. Order#[protected] Order was placed on 24th July 2016(24/07/2016). Delivered on 2nd Aug 2016 (02/08/2016). Have paid whatever amount was there +150 INR as shipping charges. 4. Also, you know that you need to refund almost everyone, then there should be easy return service, Easy pickup should be there from your side the way other sites provide it. Anyways, I don't care of this cause I am not gonna buy anything from you now onwards. And safer side, going to tell all my friends/relatives also to not to buy anything from this site.:) This was my first purchase ever from Craftsvilla. and definitely last :) Have mentioned rest all details in mail. Even I have mentioned site's registered address, I got parcel from Surat office.
