I have ordered one product through the public domain www.craftsvilla.com but, I was very much disappointed when i have got the wrong product delivered to me, i tried to reach out the customer care but no one answers and it always replied back with all our customer care executives are busy attending to other calls, are you here to cheat the consumers online, request you to please take stringent action against these fraudulent organization ASAP.

The wring item got delivered to me on[protected], but still I am trying to reach out to the customer care, nobody cares to the call, stating it as always busy.
