I ordered a product by 23rd Oct which is still not delivered and i don't know where to raise this concern as craftsvilla customer support seem rhetoric in responses. raise http://craftsvilla.freshdesk.com/support/tickets/619316 as well for follow-up but they don't respond upto customer satisfaction and not even call customer to look into the issue.
