On 9th Oct I purchased few items from crafts Vila paid Rs 3317 transaction no IG0AUXTVZ4 on address monika Sharma W/o Atul Sharma near Grover hotel opp New bus stand kangra &other Of Rs 889 on address vandana thakur pritam nagar address They se d me msg that shortly I will get confirmation from the company but I got confirmation of product of Rd 889 bt no mail of the product of Rs 3317 .I tried to ring to custom care no 100 time bt only waiting.I send email to custom care. But they always send new ticket no of complaint saying shortly some body will contact me bt no. Body contacted me so I am thinking to go to consumer court
