CraftsVilla — Wrong product delivery and damaged product - duplicate delivery and money charged for both | |||||
On 3rd Nov 2015, i had order one one suit via order no[protected]. on 10th Nov 2015 i received packet but when i opened it i found the product was not same as i ordered. I immediately mailed to craftsvilla customer care. On 12 th nov 2015 i received another packet after again paying COD charges. this time the product was same as ordered but was damaged. i immediately wrote mail and sent image of damaged cloth also. Till date no customer care executive calling to me to clear my doubts regarding return of both the packets. Was this information helpful? | |||||

craftsvilla .com should call when the customer is writing mail and complaining and also arrange for reverse pick up instead of troubling the customers.
