Greetings!

I have ordered some dress material on Craftsvilla.com on 20th Nov. 2016. Didn't get any update till 30th Nov. 2016 hence called the customer care and got that the item is not in stock hence the order is cancelled and the amount would be refunded withing 7-8 business days.

First of all if item is not in stock they should inform us and refund money immediately but nothing was done.

I wrote an email to [protected]@craftsvilla.com on 6th Dec., 2106 and mentioned everything clearly but they replied that the seller is unable to supply the products hence you will get refund of your money in 10-15 business days. This looks like they are not interested in refund at all. Simply throwing some statements to customer that we are working on.

Do the refund process really need that much time?

Looks like this site taking money from the customers in the name of order and just utilizing it. This company is not the trustworthy business organization and CHEATING customers.

Guys please do not buy anything from Craftsvilla.com and make aware the same to your family and friends as well.

Yes Kamini similar situation with me i have also taken to facebook to keep people aware of not buying anything from here. My Money is not even refunded all i have been getting is our team is looking into the issue. We will give you a voucher and what not. But nothing received as of now. Plus the website is messed up big time. I think you should also let your friends and relatives know and create an awareness of not to buy from here. One of my friend had warned me that even the quality of the product is bad. But i went ahead and still brought stuff but useless. I have a pending refund amount of Rs. 1217. This is very disappointing.
