Greetings! I have ordered some dress material on Craftsvilla.com on 20th Nov. 2016. Didn't get any update till 30th Nov. 2016 hence called the customer care and got that the item is not in stock hence the order is cancelled and the amount would be refunded withing 7-8 business days. First of all if item is not in stock they should inform us and refund money immediately but nothing was done. I wrote an email to [protected]@craftsvilla.com on 6th Dec., 2106 and mentioned everything clearly but they replied that the seller is unable to supply the products hence you will get refund of your money in 10-15 business days. This looks like they are not interested in refund at all. Simply throwing some statements to customer that we are working on. Do the refund process really need that much time? Looks like this site taking money from the customers in the name of order and just utilizing it. This company is not the trustworthy business organization and CHEATING customers. Guys please do not buy anything from Craftsvilla.com and make aware the same to your family and friends as well. Thanks Was this information helpful? | |||
