Respected Sir/Madam,
I booked a Salwar Suit from Craftsvilla.com website. I paid through internet banking for this product. I got damaged product. when I call to craftsvill customer care, executive told me that please contact to seller for your dispute. I called to seller he asked to send this damaged product back to me and I will send you fresh product. I did the same. I paid Rs.150 for shipment of that product again to deliver it to Subham Hub Gujarat(seller). I got that product again but now salwar size was very short. I again complaint to craftsvilla.com. But there is no response from craftsvilla.com and seller also. Kindly take necessary action on this fraud company.
