[Resolved] CraftsVilla.com — Low quality product, poor customer service | |||||
I would like to lodge a complaint against cratsvilla. They have really poor customer service and provide low quality material to fool people. I purchased a saree online costing 2000 inr and when i received it it was very low quality and completely different from the picture shown in their site. Why do they have to fool people. First of all, i got a tracking number after so much call to track my courier. Then, after receiving, i send three four emails, no reply. After, that i called one or two times, and they told to return the product to seller. I returned and it cost me a courier charge of 300. They told once the seller receives the product, they will refund the money. It has been six days no refund. I sent two emails no reply. Please don't purchase from this site!! Its fraud!!
