Hi, I have purchases a saree on 18th Aug 2015 and done the full payment through card and the amount was deducted from the account; but got message from craftsvilla that payment was unsuccessful and they are asking to do the payment again. I have tried to speak to customer care; but their executives are busy all the time so not able to reach them. Please return my money or give confirmation of the order.
