I had placed an order through your website bearing order no.[protected] in the name of mr. Gurunadham konjeti. I am unable to raise a return on your website as the status says it is under "in transit" but i received the order. I have tried to call your customer care helpline no. [protected] many times also i mailed to the customercare on 7th of august saying that to initiate return shipping and till now i didn't get an update. Was this information helpful? | |||||
