I have ordered a suit order no.[protected] on dated 17 March 2015 & Rs 1234/-has deducted form my account . Same evening i rcvd a call from their side that stock was not available. on 18th i call to customer care of crafts villa they told me to cal back..after few hours i called again they told me that stock is available who told u that stock is not here. i said kindly refund my payment..she told me that we will mail u within 24 hours.. i rcvd a mail that ur order will be dispatch within two days & u will rev an e mail regarding tracking details...there is no reply till date, i continuously called them there no is always bzy or not reachable...i mailed them again & again kindly reply/response..but i did ot get any reply from there side...al least they should drop an email abt the status...i need my amount refund...kindly do the needful..
