I have purchased saree from craftvilla.com which was cash on delivery but when i have opened it was defective many holes was there on 9th of october 2015 i have received it on same date i have called in customercare no which is given on site they kept me on hold for many minutes but after that they disconnected the call this happens around 10times today also this samd things was going on i had mailed also but no response i have got..my registered emailid is [protected]@gmail.com mobile no is [protected] and transaction no is[protected]..courier no is [protected]..please help me regarding this
