Craftvilla — Not accepting return request | |||||
I have ordered one lehenga from craftvilla for Rs 3048 and they are now not accepting the return request. The actual product color is not matching with the color of the product dislayed online. They have chetaed me as a customer. as I was not at home and couldnt check the product in 7 days so they are not accepting return reuest. Although I had not missed any bills and fully opened the product from packaging. Craftvilla is such a bad online ordering company, never go for it Was this information helpful? | |||||
