Dear Sir, Last month my statement you added interest and service chages(1822.82+246.31) for late payment This is not my issue, This only for Chennai flooding time here no power and No Network I could not pay the money on line please check my last one year my payment details i pay the money on date without any deviation so pls concern my point and pls refund my money we are in trouble
