[Resolved] Standard Chartered Credit Card — E 3 one year Adv. Card ENHC Pack cancellation | |
This is regarding the Enhancement pack linked to my credit card [protected]. In the month of May 2013, I had received call for ENHC Card I said not required card but Representative say you take card & when you required to use that time you make payment I receiving card on 5 June 2013 & in 19 June 2013 bills bank debited charges for ENHC card in Minimum amount after that I given complain to Customer Care on 28 June 2013 He take request for cancellation of card & said with in 15 working days your amount refunded to your account to pay this month bill including this amount so that I paid bill but within 15 days I am not received refund so after 15 days on 11 July 2013 I called to customer care about refund amount He says your request under process you send card pack on CB Head Delhi Sales, Standard Chartered< Bangalore address after 2 days I send ENHC Card pack through courier on said address & after 15 days I called to Customer Care for refund first executive said they not received my card so that I said I having courier receipt I give your receipt number & within 5 minutes I call back that time second executive said your card received after 1 month we called it but not refunded your amount. That after I purchased amount near about this card fees & then I stopped making any further payments for my Credit card. Was this information helpful? | |
