Dear CredR Support Team, I am writing to express my concern regarding the delayed RC transfer for my bike (MH12TJ4691) purchased in August 2023. As per your website and process guidelines, the ownership change in the RC should be completed within 45-60 days. However, it has been over six months, and I haven't received any updates via email, phone call, or SMS regarding the RC transfer status. Furthermore, at the time of purchase, I was assured by Mr. Sagar and Mr. Allan David that the existing traffic challans from the Maharashtra government would be waived off. Unfortunately, this hasn't been addressed either. I have already paid the paperwork charges as mentioned in the invoice. I am deeply disappointed with the lack of progress and the overall customer service experience I have received from CredR. If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will be forced to escalate the matter to the consumer court of Pune city and raise concerns with the Maharashtra government and police department regarding the mishandling of my case.
