[Resolved]  Credr — Taken money without any return

I have reserved a bike from Credr.com by paying 299/- on 3rd March 2017. After reserving the bike, according to the website the meeting schedule and location were going to be decided. Since I had paid 299/- I was with the expectation that credr will bring the bike to my door step for a test ride and then we will proceed further with the deal. However, on the call the Credr.com executives told me that I will have to go to the place where the bike is located and then take a test drive and the 299/- is non-refundable. Since the location was very far from my home so I rejected the test ride and agreed to take the helmet instead of the re-fund.

Right now I can see Credr is neither giving me the Helmet nor re-funding me. I am calling credr repeatedly and they are telling that i am going to get a coupon code next day but nothing is happening. I am attaching my paytm transaction and credr order along with this description.

I can see loads of complaints against this company and have decided to sue this company for cheating customers. I want to know how to pull this company to consumer court.
