I had paid Rs 1000/- for booking second hand vehicle at CREDR paying through PAYTM account. The order got cancelled due to non availability of the vehicle. This was happened in the month of June 2016. Still today I did not got the refund inspite of various mail sent to their help desk. It has been almost all 2 months there is no proper reply. When i call the help desk the reply is that payment is already made but there is problem with PAYTM There is no proper response and simply say sorry for the things happend and the same reply you will get next time also. Till now papers are not delivered and now franchisee is closed. No one is responding calls and we are having bike without papers.
