This company invited in hotel lemon tree on 30 jul 22 to give gift voucher as well promoted sale plan of creekinn holidays world pvt ltd. I prchased plan thru intrest free EMI by seeing a lot of promises of 5 star hotel stay. they sold plan @1.5 lakh for 10 years. when I start booking in the month of sep 22 never met any booking. they always declined for one and other readon they dont provide update on website as well on phone, no one to attend and reply. they closed the okhla office.thru mail they take plenty time as to delay it knowingly ultimately they say property booking run out. when asked for refund they refused and asked for availing service which they never provide.
