[Resolved]  Croma — Not accepting return of defective product

I had placed an order for pureit marvella slim ro water filter on 5th may (Order no[protected], invoice no sle004ec0008863) from the croma online store. The item was delivered on 9th may and the installation was carried out after two days.

During installation, it was found the water was overflowing continuously once the tank gets filled. I was informed by the pureit technicians that the filter has a faulty float system and the same needs to be replaced. I communicated the same to croma and requested a refund/replacement since the return policy displayed on the website states that if a product is found to be defective during installation, it can be returned for replacement or refund within 15 days of installation. No action was taken by croma for the return of the product even after multiple calls and emails to the customer service.

Meanwhile the pureit technicians tried replacing several parts including the float and even after four visits in about three weeks are still unable to solve the problem. As per the policy stated in the website, the repair has to be done by the brand only if the defect is found later, after a successful installation.

I do not understand the logic of forcing me to use a repaired product when the product was malfunctioning at the time of installation and a return policy exists which is advertised in the website.Instead of repacing/refunding, i am asked to keep waiting for the repair technicians from pureit who have till now failed to repair the unit in many attempts to my dismay.

The product has been opened up multiple times and some parts replaced already, but the defects still remain. They have even opened up the water tank to replace the float valve but are unwilling to disinfect the tank afterwards which is unacceptable. I do not want to be troubled by the pureit technicians again and i want the product to be replaced or refunded as soon as possible as per the policy advertised in the website. I want croma to take the issue seriously and follow up with the refund.

i have purchased oneplus truly buds z and i started getting problems within 24hrs so i went to croma and asked for refund the product is just 25hrs old and they are refusing to give refund and took the product for observation and they told me observation will be for 3 days
Please don’t trust on Croma. They are liars. Really I am trying to replace my fridge from last one month. But they are only talking we are replacing with out action. My fridge was found damage during installation and same was reported by LG technician. Croma is saying that they will replace with in 7 days but almost one month crossed. No worry I will suit the case against them to the customer court. Please any body have problem join me. This our hard money and Croma wants to grab it. If there is policy to return in One week they why they are taking so much time I know actually they want to make fool to the customers. Actually I thought the croma will be good store but don’t suggest any body for croma ( my number is [protected])

We purchased lg water purifier from Ranigunj Hyd croma on June 24 and installation was done after 2 days and the technician asked us to use the product after 24 hrs which we did and it worked fine for 2 days after that it suddenly stopped working ; not knowing the reason we lodged a complaint on 6th July ( within 15 days period of product deliver ) ; two technicians visited and confirmed that the piece is defective and when we r asking for replacement they r simply taking their time saying they r yet to hear from lg people for replacement and lg guy says it’s the croma people who has to do the replacement as they already made it clear abt problem ; now in this whole thing we as customer who invested money r facing lot of stress ; during this time of pandamic there shld be a minimum responsibility of the team to handle the things in better and quick way . When will our problem be solved
