[Resolved] Crompton Greaves / Cgglobal.com — CG Ceiling Fan / Handed over for repair in July 2016. Till date no response | |||
We had handed over a Crompton Greaves ceiling fan for repair on 20 July 2016 at the CG authorised service center ( L P R Services, Vivek Nagar, Kukatpally, Hyderabad. A job order no. 232 was given for this purpose. It has been more than a month and in spite of several reminders we do not have any feedback or update about our fan. On 8 August 2016, we had lodged a complaint on their registered website. We got a message with a compliant no. [protected] stating that the matter will be attended to. Till date we do not have any feedback or response from the company or its services center. More importantly, we did not find any escalation mechanism on their website to raise the issue at the next level. It is the same call center and website and they have been doing nothing except lip service. I am appalled with the level of customer commitment by this so called MNC. If for a small item like ceiling fan ( capacitor replacement) I have to struggle to connect with them and get my item back, I am worried how will they cater to the entire customer base.
