I have raise a complaint through crompton greaves(Crompton Greaves Consumer Electricals Limited) customer care no. on 2nd August as my 3 months old fan was making so much Noise. They sent a technician, but they technician cancelled by request without even visiting my place. Next day that technician came and took my fan saying it will take 1 days to repair and will be reinstalled tomorrow ie. 5th August, 2022. When I asked him to give a proof that I have submitted the fan to you, he refused that this is company procedure and no written proof will be given. I called customer care and they said, no issue sir, you will get your fan repaired and installed.
From that day, technician is not responding my calls. I have raised complaint 3-4 times through customer care but they are not taking any action, and saying same thing all the time that the issue will be resolved in 48 hours.
Still waiting for the resolution.
This fan was installed in a Cosmetics Showroom and because of No Fan, customers are not coming to the showroom, as it is not possible to Turn AC on without electricity and due to bad weather, there is a lot of problem of electricity.
I have Faced Lossed more than 50, 000/- during this time as its festive time and I am unable to do sales. Crompton is only responsible for these Losses happened to my store.
