I purchased Geyser in march and until now I have 2 times called service engineers and they have corrected the problem. The 2nd visit by the service engineer was done on 28th June and today again the geyser is now working.
When I asked the service engineer, they told me that it is due to scaling and I have to get it cleaned every 2 months and pay Rs. 450. How is it feasible?
I have been using V-Guard for the last 10 years and no problem like this has ever happened. If your product is not suitable in this area, Can you please take back your product and return my amount?
I am fed up with booking and following up with service engineers. Wait for 48hrs for the service engineer to come and then again it stops working in 48 hrs. What will happen when this product goes out of warranty?
I also tried customer service and they gave a number i.e [protected] but this is also not working. It is actually worse. Not even ringing, just call ends as soon as you dial it. Not sure if this is fake number given or what?
After booking the service request on 30th June 2022, there was not even a call from anyone. No one cares. It's been more than 48hrs. The product is bad, service is worse. I will never in my life purchase any Crompton products.
This is also cheating where you have sold something of very poor quality and it is in my consumer right to demand an action on this for whoever is responsible including your sales and service department.
Can you please take back your product and return my money or else I have to go to consumer court. This is too much where you think it is ok to sell low quality products and get away.
