I'm from nagpur & i lodged a complain on 12th aug, complaint no being : [protected] and spoke to mr ranjendra pande. He said a technician named sanjay would attend to me. Next day, sanjay arrived checked my crompton co-axial ventilating/exhaust fan and said spares would arrive in 4-5 days but i asked me to share the happy code. I told him that my problem isnt solved but he replied that he catered to the call so i need to share so i shared. I called several times but both sanjay and rajendra didn't cater to my calls even after 10 days.
Finally on 27th aug (After 15 days) mr rajendra said he would let me know in 15 mins, he didnt. I called him after an hour and he made an excuse & said would get back by afternoon. Again he didn't. Since then i stopped receiving calls.
Feeling cheated i called customer care and reopened my complain on 27th aug, complaint no : [protected]. I mentioned to the customer care that the service center (Carezone) isn't providing me service so they gave me number of raghu yamlavar, area service manager. His no was switched off on 27th. I spoke to him on 28th and while i was on call with him, he hung on me.. I immediately call back but his no was busy, then he didn't receive and he never returned the call. I even have the calls recorded.
This is ridiculous service from an esteemed company like crompton. I never expected this. I am planning to flash this across social media. Even after the customer is ready to pay the price he isnt getting service despite he paying the premium on your products!
I want replacement of the fan & expect a compensation as well for the inconvenience caused, time wasted and effort to run after your worthless employees else you would need to face the brunt!
