I had purchased crompton greaves electric water geyser from vinay electronics, shastri nagar-meerut last year but it is not working since 2 months and i had lodged complaint on your customer care and an electrician came from sai engineering works, kanker khera –meerut. After examining the problem he said that element has conked off and it needs to be replaced but he cannot replace it because its out of stock and will be replaced within a week but nobody turned up since more than a month. I have lodged complaint thrice and did follow up with service center but no action has been taken yet and then i called up service center of meerut again (Mob. No - [protected]) to confirm status of my complaint but the guy who picked up call was very rude and disrespectful and gave very dissatisfactory reply that in this season why do you want to use water geyser. Kindly get my problem resolved asap because with such pathetic after sales service i will have to rethink of buying any other crompton product. Complaint no. - [protected] lodged on[protected]. Advise – please do not let sai engineering works to take care of complaints. Please find some other vendor.
