Crompton Greaves — Not replacing the iron press which is under warranty

I have purchased an IRON PRESS of Crompton Greaves on[protected]. It has warranty for 2 years.
There was fault in the product 3 times. So I called the company and they send an engineer who reapired it 2 times and 3rd time said that the product will be replaced.
It is about 2 months and i have not received the iron press.They aren't taking action.
