Cycle Pure — cycle not use for single minute but money was cut by paytm

Yesterday night (09/04/18 at 10.00 pm) i want one cycle for my little girl so i make the all steps by zoomcar application but cycle lock didn't open i tried 2 times but it didn't so i select end trip but it didn't work, today morning i recived the sms that akready 30 rs cut from my account and rs 60 is balane

How it is possible, if i didn't use the cycle for a single minuts but the money was cut from my account. This experience is horriable and i am not going to use this facility again even going to aware all the friends regarding this

I request u don't give money back but don't harras us by using this kind of tricks i hope u will help me
