We have a fiber to home internet connection and 10mbps 28 days plan. Internet is down from last five days. I have log complain in all ways through mobile app, phone call and thru online account. Log many complain continuously daily and called up customer care. Still the issue is not resolved.
Customer care is also not good takes 25 + minutes of time to get on call with agents and they are simply talking standard scripted lines. Issue is escalated and team will visit by today eod to solve the issue. No one turns up. No follow ups. More painful is customer care resolves all the raised requests without marking any resolutions on ticket.

None of above requests was solved and they marked it solved.
This is pathetic service i am observing with both service and product. No value for customers and their issue queries. We are paying for service of 28 days and half of the days internets is down and we do not have internet service available at home. Was this information helpful? |
