D-Vois Communications — Not providing service and not refunding money

Address:Flat B-203, Sector -21, Kailash Crystal Bldg, Plot No. 82

Since last 15days they are not giving service, when I asked to refund money they are saying they don't refund money, don't know what to do next. I have taken 1year plan from them so can't leave my money also.
