I had called Ion executive yesterday (15th June 2021) to complain regarding the service down issue. I was on call for more than 5 minutes and he did not even raise a ticket for my complaint. I came to know about it when I called today again (16th June) to know the status of my complaint. Surprisingly, I was told that there is no ticket raised for your yesterday's issue.
I am out of internet for more than 36 hours, now.
