D-Vois Communications — Wifi is not working since 2 days and the customer care has no ETA for it.

I raised a ticket on 31st Aug. Till date status is 'not started'. Customer care doesn't hae ETA. The engineer assigned to the ticket - His number is switched off.

The frequency of breakdowns has increased and there is no permanent resolution being given inspite of multiple followups.
