मेने 27 अगस्त को deh की साइड visit की थी उसके बाद मुझे कॉल आया तो मैने d2h का नई सेटअप बॉक्स with recharge value ham pack के साथ 899 मे बुक किया, मगर उसके बाद मेरे पास कोई भी कॉल इनकी और से नही आया में 15 दिनों...

I had registered a complaint with D2h, two to three weeks, the exact date will be available in the system but to no avail.
The first technician arranged never arrived and then there was no one. Due to certain reasons, we can only opt for weekend repair service and the next two weeks they kept playing us, last Sunday the excuse was the system was being updated and we can't take complaints.
For the weeks that I was not able to...

There is no signal connection in our tv for past two days. We have been calling the customer care but no proper response. We would be happy if someone from d2h service comes and look up our problem...

I want to say that you to i have many time complaint logged number No.[protected] on date 28 August 2022 in your customer care, but my problem not short out till that, problem as it is on standing mode. video con customer care team nor supporting neither your technical team, I don't understand why close the complaint with out customer sanctification, you are doing fraud with customer, its not good practice I am also ashamed to write that you...

Today I recharge my setupbox but the validity date is not updated it shows previous validity date .I have got only 10days validity after doing 1month of recharge.i have called many times to the customer care but they can't resolve my issue.kindly resolve it as soon as possible...

Not all FTA channels are coming. The customer support telling that this is due to weather condition even when we had clear sky. How come some channels are coming if this is truly due to weather condition. Also many devotional channels are also not coming. We are not getting the service what we are paying for. Customer support always tries to book engineer visit which cost 200 rs....

I am more than 12 years old customer of D2H and facing this problem since last 6-8 months.
Whenever an electrical switch anywhere in the house is operated/ used the screen of my TV goes blank for a moment. Very often the screen shows a message "Unsupported signal please adjust your device output".

I purchase new d2h Stream STB connection & 6 month subscription by d2h website by request no. [protected] and paid amount Rs 4702/-, Order ID is HO-081522-RIL-55850 but till date no installation & nobody contact me from d2h. Customer ID or Docket Number is not received. I have called so many time to customer care and nodal officer team but no response
My zee business channel and some other channels are not working.
Today i spoke customer care and he update that systems are working.
For single issue i have to suffer a lot.
Technician visited 3-4 times I payed 800rs for technician visit charges also changed set off box, but no use from second day after complaint...

Recently I changed my set of box and got new customer id, Unfortunately i recharged fir 3 months to the old ID.
Here my concern is why they are not keeping any interlock to block the recharge o[censored]navailable customer ID.

My request is to transfer the recharged amount to my new ID.
