[Resolved]  Dda, ICICI Bank, Form Zero — non refund of earnest money for dda flats scheme 2014

I have applied for DDA housing scheme, 2014 through online application. I have done the online payment of registration of rupees 100161/- through Form Zero ICICI bank net-banking.
