The Lady over the phone said to b from ICICI Bank. She told me that, I have about more than 7000 points on my credit card with ICICI Bank. She told that the points are getting expired and she can redeem them for me. Then for verification she asked me the full credit card no. and the expiry date. thereafter she told me that she will be sending a six digit pin to my registered mobile ID for verification and will call back. Thereafter I received an SMS from ICICI bank (DM-ICICIB) with the pin.Please note that while using ICICI bank... However, I keep trying... but the website does not function at all. When I tried to contact them no one picks up the call. They cheated me Rs 6999. Now, I am not able to redeem coupons too. Is there any way of filing a case against them? I understood, I will not get back my money...at least is there any way to redeem these coupons?...
