[Resolved]  Deja - Vu Trends — Reimbursement of canceled order

Hi, my name is Santosh Upadhyay. i have ordered a Nokia phone on line from Deja-Vu Trends on 18th Feb'14, the order number was[protected]. Since i did not get the phone on time i cancelled my order on 27th Feb'14. I was informed that the money will be credited back to my account in 7 to 10 working days. I contacted them when i did not received the money but they said due to some internal issue will not be able to provide the funds will do it in next week. and after that whenever i tried to contact them they said the same thing. Now its been almost 2 moths but they are still replying the same. the customer care number given on the site is also not correct. Would request that such fraud site should be punished and closed ASAP. Also request to assist me to get my money back from the site. I have not recevied any call from your orgnization and also tried to call more than 50 times on given number but did not recived any responce. Since you all are too busy I also can't folloup any more. As requested cancel my order and refund the money and send the confirmation in howmay days you refund the money.

Hi, now second deadline given by you has been completed and still I am waiting for my reimbursement. Now you have forced me to go to consumer court. Not sure this would matter for you guies or not but I need my money back with interest now. I have never received such 3rd class service from any of the site orderd in the past.

Hi, how much more time do you need. it is 2 months now and i think this is more than sufficient time to reimburse the funds. Do you really want to give my money back or you guies does like this with every customer.
