Dear Concern,

There is excess reading of our water meter having KNO : [protected], earlier it was changed since then we are facing such issue and the current outstanding amount is 13000 approx, which I am not able to pay,

So kindly please provide necessary rebate on meter....

Sir since last 12 years sec-24, rohini, delhi is facing acute water crises.
When DDA had been providing poor water supply, people were hopeful that DJB takeover would rectify the situation. Butnot. What DJB is providing, an erratic water supply on alternate days with very low pressure. Some residents gets water while others not.

I sincerely request DJB and the delhi govt. In particular to at least provide basic amenity...

No one using DJB water from last 1 year but DJB regularly sending bill of 2000 approximately bill every month. We complaint at DJB OFFICE but no one taking care of our complaint.

Our water meter has lost while The Delhi Jal Board people were repairing the water line. Kindly lodge my complaint so that I can apply for a new water meter....

I am the resident of WZ 139/4 New Mahabir Nagar, New Delhi- 110018. Water supply in the area is not being made since yesterday i.e. 03. 03. 2021. I tried for the whole day to contact the Delhi Jalboard Janak Puir Office. No one has picked the phone. By when the supply will be started. Is there any big problem. Please let us know.

I am complaining second time for the wrong water bill and when I complained first time then I didn't get any response as well as correction in water bill. Now, the DJB sent me a again wrong bill with exceeding Rs. 7000/- amount in water bill. It's due date is to pay 15/3/2021 So, I am complaining here again to solve this problem as I will not pay wrong water bill.

Hi my consumer number is -[protected] .i have an issue of my water billing .we are not using water as the bill we are getting from last two months, infect during covid no one was living there its our separate property but we get the bill rs 527 in December month no one took a single reading from my house i do not know how the bill is generated and again the same problem in January we get 1945rs water bill .kindly tell me how this bill is generated...

This to bring to your notice that, from past few weeks me and and all the residents o my area are facing the problem of smelly and dirty water. The taste of water even after filter is really bad, also because of this water only, a lot of my family members and neighbors are having stomach ache and other sickness.

2 water meters have been stolen from the backside of our property no. 237 kalyan vihar delhi-110009 on 25th February 2021 during early hours between 3AM-5AM. It has been observed that such incidents of theft have been taking place in our area for last few months. Kindly lodge my complaint so that i can apply for new water meter connection in lieu of the stolen one.

By drinking this bad water anyone can get sick
I suffered with the stomach cramps past over 2 days and were compelled to purchase and drink expensive mineral water from market since then.

I am a resident of galino-13, sidhatri enclave, bhagwati garden, uttam nagar, west delhi. The water supplied to us smells like it's sewage water, it has a foul smell and is black in colour, it's been a year since we are facing this issue. We can't even take baths and wash clothes by this water. Hopefully you guys will wake up from your slumber and do something at it....
