sir, i am trying to get my new KNO number from the DJB site using my old 2003 water bill... but i am unable to find it. After filling the necessary details from the old bill it prompts "KNO does not exists for the provided details or consumer details might have been transfered to different zone.". The details are:- 1.) ZONE: SHD4 2.)MR. NO: 261 3.)AREA:6 4.)Water Connection number: 2973 sir, i would be obliged if you could suggest anything regarding the above matter.

2.)MR. NO: KRNT
3.)AREA:4
4.)Water Connection number: 22087
5) In Hindi it mentions - K.Sankhya [protected]

Water connection installed at WZ 10 A Krishna Puri (Gali no.3) in the name of Lallu Ram...I have lost bill /not received bill. I DO NOT KNOW K.NO. PLEASE PROVIDE K.NO. SO THAT I MAY GET WAIVER OF HUGE AMMOUNT . I AM SINGLE PERSON LIVING AT ABOVE RESIDENCE. I AM USING BELOW 10 UNITS OF WATER IN A MONTH; THE SAME IS ENTITLED FREE.
PLEASE WAIVER IS REQUESTED OF FULL AMOUNT...AS I AM A SR. CITIZEN ALSO.

We didn't living in my residence after 2010 & they keep on sending bills & when I came on 2019 I installed meter & when I went to delhi jal board office they have wrong name written in same adress . My name is Vinay sing & in bill it's bijay singh .My husband expired 3 months back & live alone with my daughter . & I'm 71 years old cannot even go to delhi jal board .. please help delhi jal board attaching my 2010 bill after that there is nothing on my letterbox.. & in 2019 they told me I have lakhs of bill . When nobody lived there & there is no water meter then how can they told me that it's our bill .. If there is no solution for me then it leave me no choice to go to ambulance to delhi jal board .. & I will file a complaint in cm house also I have all my medical record .. delhi jal board is not helping me at all.
