Delhi Police — cheating and fraud by harish kumar employee in icai, new delhi

Sir, i have lodged the complain through email dated 4th august 2017 dy no. 14984 and in writting on dtd. 10th august 2017 through d. D no. 49b in sector 17 dwarka against harish kumar mobile number [protected] for act of cheating and fraud but still no action has been taken.

Sir, he sold me a car frauduently by providung false information and looted my rs 1.26 lakh.

Now i dont have sufficient fund and parking to afford another car.

Request you to take appropriate action against this act of cheat and fraud.
