Delhi Police — Fraudulent transaction on my credit card. | |||||
I received a telephone call from mobile number[protected] on dated 13th May 2016 at 1043 Hrs. and 14th May 2016 at 12:58 Hrs regarding updating of my credit card bearing number [protected] of Axis Bank and asked to provide all details which I have provided trusting him to be Axis Bank Customer Care Person. Thereafter he made two online transaction as per the following details. 1. Rs. 9630.15 TATA Indicom at 02:12 P.M. dated 14/05/2016. 2. Rs. 5000.00 SuvidhaInfoserve Pvt. Ltd. at 03:11 P.M. on 14/05/2016. All these transaction are unauthorised and I have been cheated by the person using/ having telephone number [protected]. Kindly investigate the matter and ensure justice in recovery o[censored]nauthorised amount for Rs. 14630.15 Thanking You. Ramesh Chand M 11A Meteorological Complex Lodhi Road New Delhi-110003 Note: Similar call was received from Mobile Number[protected] on 01/06/2016. When I grilled him he disconnected the phone. He was also asking about my card details. Further on[protected] I got telephone call at 0200 PM from mobile number [protected] and [protected] asking similar details and offering me credit point of value Rs. 5000 . I immediately informed to IO Vijaya Kasana in Lodhi Colony Police Station. As he already cheated me, I am soft target for him, thatis why he is trying again and again.
