These are the order that have reached its final hub but yet its EDD keeps on extending. And i got a scripted excuse that it will be solved 5 days ago and an unsincere apology.please explore the matter and solve it. They have never been on time....

There was apick up yesterday for the product but now the courier boy is not updating in the app also the app is showing return cancelled i don't know what should i do the courier boy is not picking up the call...

I ordered Tv in flipkart. But last month delhivery executive returned my tv to the seller without informed to us. Today I ordered dhosa tawa in flipkart. And the product is shipped using delhivery courier service. Today the executive called and told that I returned your product because I am not unable to come to your location. If they are not able to reach our location then why they take this place orders. It's a second time I faced this...

I've ordered four products from Flipkart and they are coming via Delhivery courier service however three of them are already cancelled without attempt of delivery or call and the fourth one is already at their Dhoraji hub but still they are not delivering it....

My Shekhar Khosla and there is Barrel wine storage which i ordered and delihivery has the responsibility to deliver it via 3rd party vendor(Gigantiques) from starting 29th Oct'21 . its been already 14 days where maximum they committed to deliver in 12-15 days maximum.

yesterday on 10th Nov i got call from Vendor that Delhivery tried my contact and its not reachable but My MSISDN(Mobile number) is postpaid and work domestic...

First package arrived in town late (okay festival season, I understand), then no delivery but person is not calling the number I provided but just ignores my feedback, and posts "couldn't reach customer." Delivery is almost a week late now. Never had these issues with Blue Dart, Amazon etc.

No contact number for delivery person. Customer care numbers for both Shiprocket and Delhivery are inactivated......

My order was out for delivery on Nov 9th today it is 11 of NOV

Your delivery staff postponed my order I two times this very worst experience with DELHIVERY

Simply they are making a phone call and saying I will deliver tomorrow like that

So I request you to delivery my order today at least evening or else you can take my item and don't delivery to me

From now I don't accept any orders...

AWB[protected] keeps on extending even though it has reached its final destination. Within a span of 2 months, almost 10 order have been delayed like this, some even returned without my consent. Both me and the seller have approached their customer service to explore the matter but to no avail. Hope it can be sorted through this platform....

Shipment reached destination city on 30th october but not delivered till date....

The parcel with AWB No[protected] which was shipped on 21st Oct reached Hoskote warehouse on 24th Oct as per tracking information, from then on estimated day of delivery changed everyday and today on 10th Nov the status is showing as lost. There is no customer care number to reach out to them. Previously I mailed to them complaining the parcel is stuck in hoskote for very long time to which they responded initially telling they will update...

The Delhivery Goa team has lost my parcel that I had ordered from nykaa. The parcel had reached the nearest hub on 27th October 2021 after which the parcel was marked as Missing. I inquired with the Delhivery Goa team, they are not giving to the point answers they are only saying that the investigation is going on. They are not even replying to my messages. Nor giving any update to me regarding the missing package. Last time I called them...

It has been 5 months that I have been chasing Delhivery people to get a claim of a table worth 4000 that was misplaced by Delhivery. They have been not responding to my calls, not replying on Twitter/mails.
This is a clear case of mental harassment.
I am attaching my Certificate of Loss.
Refund my money ASAP....

Order was delivered to wrong address. delivery partner promised to pay the amount of the product lost. does not reply or return calls. number comes as switched off. manager says he will call back. does not attend or reply or even ask delivery partner to make the call back. product value of 3000. waste of my time and money. delhivery doesnt even have an official call center number or anything. why are such companies even allowed to function....

I was working with Delhivery to deliver shipments. My payment from 25 oct-31 oct is not received even after approval...

[protected], this is the order tracking ID, the status of it shows it’s delivered but the client has not received it. Kindly check the matter and update properly. I want to raise a complaint regarding this issue thank you...

My order for AWB Number:[protected] worth rs 16, 750 is showing the status "order Cancelled". I have never cancelled any order, and who will cancel prepaid order worth rs 16k. I request you to deliver the product or at least have a look at the issue and update me on [protected]@gmail.com as soon as possible.
