My courier has not been delivered to me. nobody call me or inform me and returned back.

My package was tampered and my books got wet.
The previous packageI received was also tampered.

Hi Team,

I have used Delhivery courier service to make a return of a product purchased from Amazon. Attched is the packslip for your reference.

And now Amazon is saying that the seller has not received the product due to which they are not providing a refund of my product.

And Delhivery is saying that they have delivered my product to the receiver but they are not providing a proof of receipt....

Even after calling him multiple times he didn't even care to pick up the call & instead he was hanging up the call which was very rude on his part.

I asked him through the message that why he is not picking up my call he said I'm driving what a pathetic accuse,...

Delivery boy name Mr. Ngara Nako from delhivery service Itanagar, Arunachal Pradesh, north-east India bearing the no +[protected]. He was very rude and hostile while picking up my order. He had a very bad manner and very bad behaviour and was rude towards me. He said some awful words to me. Kindly take some serious actions. As such actions cannot be taken lightly....

Today i have recieved a parcel from amazon which was delivered by DELHIVERY costing rs 1345 i have made the partial payment rs1300 in cash and give 45rs coins but delivery executive deny to taken any coin and behave very badly.he shouted in the office and use bad language....

My order no[protected] has not been delivered .it was due on 24th.despite arriving at the final delivery station, they did not even attempt delivery and stated delay in delivery due to external factors.the item was by cloudtail via amazon.there is no cancel option available on amazon and neither is customer service present on amazon's end despite a 10 day return policy...

It's been 4days since the status is showing pick up, there is no change whatsoever in status, I have contacted the seller they already shipped.
It's really urgent, I m in need of it, kindly see to it, don't be like post offices, from next time on I won't recommend my sellers to choose delhivery as courier service if I have to go through hassle like this in order to get my package....

My product ordered through amazon is not getting delivered by the delivery agent. I had ordered a referigerator from Amazon and the delivery agent is delhivery....

I order since 14th Oct and it has reach at 22nd Oct but from delhivery they aren't text me nor call. Since parcel has reach 3 days ago I went to office also but they said until I won't recieve a message I won't get a parcel they said and they don't even delivering since 3 days and even many people are complaining about their service . The tracking of the consignment shows "the delivery is attempted and rescheduled" but in reality, no one tried the delivery. I have been waiting in the home for 4 days for the parcel to be delivered, as it showed "the package is out for delivery". Now they keep on rescheduling the next delivery date....

It's been 3 days since the product has reached my city yet the delivery people are rescheduling without consulting me. They are giving missed calls and not picking up when I call them back. I had to find out from other third-party apps that the call was from Delhivery guy. I am sure this is some cheap strategy to delay the product delivery. I don't know why these people are delaying....

They are nit delivering my parcel since 5 days even it is in nearest hub. They are just saying iut for delivery but nit delivering it...

The shipment shows delivered on the website but I haven’t received it. I asked for proof of delivery on whatsapp and tried mailing as well. No response whatsoever. This was a prepaid shipment and I’m unable to reach anyone for the refund as well....

No update about my this two shipment, no one is Responding, on email they are just delaying it dont know what to do. It's been more than 15 days, and two parcel weight is appox 95 -100 kg...

My delivery which was to be delivered to me with shippment no[protected] is showing in tracking that it got delivered whereas it has not been delivered at my address....
