I ordered a tempered glass of samsung s9+ and it was delivered to me but when i used it and placed it on my phone's screen it slipped out of it.. It was not sticking correctly. So i want you to please take it back and refund my money. This is a very bad mistake and it is not acceptable from a company like yours. Please refund my money as soon as possible or contact me soon or it will force me to file a complain against you....

The ordered product was a colour conbination of green and blue but you have send a red saree which was not similar to that model. So kindly take the product back and take action to the said defect. I have ordered a mobile from tata cliq and it was shipped on 12th march with

On your website it was showing that this item has arrived on 15 th march morning in pune, but not delivered yet. While contacting customer care they only say we are sorry sir. As they know that what will customer do if the shipment will not deliver on time.

This company not only delivers fake products from fake websites, they also support them. I called them and requested to stop the payment as i received damaged and fake products. I asked about the details of the seller who shipped the product to me, sadly they don't have correct contact details, which means they just delivered the product without having kyc details also. I tried multiple times to talk to them, they are keep on disconnecting...

My parcel with awb no:[protected] has been lying in delhi since 7th march. Everyday the status update changes from 'out for pickup' to 'duplicate pickup request' and it has been a week of this non sense. They do not answer their calls nor reply back to their emails! Please get this sorted at the earliest!
I need my parcel on urgent basis....

Above mentioned waybill number from ebay and was out for delivery in the morning till now i didn't received any call at least and not yet delivered.

The delivery address is home address whereas in the track mentioned yesterday that office/business and closed.

My order is not delivered. There was no phone calls nor any msg. When i track my order on their website 'customer cancelled the order' this msg is pop up, but i didn't canceled the order.
