I bought a tricycle from paytm and my return pickup was supposed to happen on 18 oct 2018 by delhivery but still nobody has come for pickup and when i called they said it will be picked up by 24th oct 2018 by 8pm.. But when i checked using my awb tracking number on delhivery site it says in the remarks column that the consignee was not available on 18th oct as well as on 24th oct where as nobody came...

I was given poc (Point of contact) for any query arise when shipment going for delivery and all other query related to courier.

Mostly in delhivery, courier boys are doing fake delivery attempts and return order (Not deliver to customer). Customer doing many complaints to us for delivery and we send it to my poc (Point of contact) for solution...

I live in Hajipur, Bihar-844101... placed my order on 4th october 2018 frm official nokia site... it was said that delivery ll b done within 6 standard days... d order was manifeted on delhivery.com on 4th october ... it was offloaded thrugh air on 4th october towards Patna, Bihar.. till now it is in transit in Patna hub...
WHENEVER I call their customer service they say that it will be delivered in 24 hours but no update was given...

We did not order anything from thegrid spglobal but we have received the order from delhivery which is cash on delivery. This is ridiculous as this is something bluff. Please refund our money back i. E. Rs.1199/-. Please do as early as possible.
