I am seller at shopee and meesho, but for a long time I ha e face the issue with DELHIVERY that no one comes to pick up my courier.my business name is SAI BANGLES.

Request for help such kind of service effect my business

Someone who's name is Narayan rajput who look our area also give only time but not pick up courier.

My package (Tracking ID:[protected] was supposed to be delivered on 22nd Jan 2022. But it reached the destination hub (Hyderabad) late by one day on the night of 22nd Jan/early morning of 23rd Jan.

The package has been stuck there and the status message has been changing as below:
23rd Jan: "On Hold- Destination unable to receive on 23rd Jan"
24th Jan: "On Hold-Destination unable to receive on 24th Jan"br...

My order having awb number[protected] on Delhivery .According to tracking result it is at haskote since 15 days.They are not delivering the parcel.After that i sent them a mail about the concern and i have not received any response frim them till now....

All of a sudden they made the location unserviceable. 2 days back they had delivered to the same location . Now they returned my package saying location undeliverable...

My tracking id is[protected] i had ordered my football dress from Xyz site and it was shipped from delhivery and it was supposed to be delivered on 23rd of January and it reached my local destination but it wasn’t delivered and today even after being in the same destination it did got delayed and there is no way of contacting the above mentioned company
Please can u resolve this at the earliest...

The delivery guy has input the wrong otp due to which the package got returned on[protected].
I have not received any updates from the delhivery team yet and neither do they have any contact no. I have raised multiple complaints on the portal and still no response from them....

The order is to be delivered today and is also out of delivery since 10 in the morning but at the end of the day they changed the date to next day for delivery, how much i have to wait for the them, even they didn't called to inform that the delivery cannot be take place today and also they didn't gave the agent no. So i can contact him....

I had couriered a kitchenware item from Hyderabad to Kannur using the tracking ID provided above. When it was delivered to me it was missing an item. I have raised the complaint as soon as the delivery was made, almost 10 days ago but there is no response from their side. I had also taken an insurance provided by them on the product while booking for delivery....

I placed a return on 18th jan 2022 on ajio..since that day, the item was showing out for pick up. But the delivery team of Delhivery didnt even contact me. It showed out for pick up for 4 days, on 22nd jan they updated the status of pick up as "customer not available in the address". They didnt even call me and did this....

) through this courier company . Company had informed me that receiver is uncontactable so it not possible to deliver the parcel . I requested them to hold the shipment and they agreed with a timeline of 48-72 hours .

Card delivered by bank has not received since last 15 days. Got false messages of “cancelled by receiver and ID proof not presented”. No representative came or contacted.

It’s absolute duping. What’s company’s liability ?

I'm Liya Theresa Davis working in Amazon and as new year, we were sent some goodies. The delivery was supposed to be made by 21 january, 2022 but the delivery people rejected to come to the address stated. They suggested to leave the package in a shop 8 kms away from the requested address, to which I agreed but they asked for the otp of the delivery before I could collect the package from that shop, which I denied. Upon which they spoke arrogantly...

I have not received my shipment but status is showing as delivered and raised my compliant but no use. I would say it is worst customer care service and use at all and no proper customer care toll free no to contact....
