Dell — Dell laptop/customer support not satisfied | |||||
Dear team, I purchased dell laptop on march 2016 and it has been very slow from day one onwards. When i called the customer care they tried with some trouble shooting which made my laptop a bit better. When i asked them i need much better performance they are saying the issue could be with os. As still my laptop is under warranty why should i pay the bugs again? If the os which was installed in my pc properly done i couldn't have faced this issue. Already i was charged nearly[protected] rs for os. I was questioning the same to the customer care executive and they disconnected the call immediately.
