New Dell laptop model inspiron not working only used for few days, stil have warranty but no service is providing. not responding at all
not working properly under warranty period when i start it it without starting its gets shut down with a peep sound regularly comming whenever i start it
We purchased Dell Laptop, Model Inspiron in the month of June, 2010.
For the past 2 weeks,it is not getting started since there is some problem. With respect to same, I am calling Dell Call Centre for past 2 weeks. Every time they take service tag no & then transfer the call to Technical Support, on which nobody picks up the phone for half an hour, and finally the call gets disconnected, telling that there service executives are busy. This is happening everyday every time throughout the day.
Hence I am helpless, since they are not responding, and my machine is not working for 2 weeks.

I HAVE PURCHASE DELL LAPTOP IN FEB-13 MODEL NO VOSTRO 2520 AND SERVICE TAG 5Z4VLV1 ITS BEEN 5 MONTH AFTER IT ACCRUE SO MAY PROBLEM, SEVERAL TIME I COMPLAIN TO C.CARE AND LASTLY I WENT TO OUR SERVICE CENTR IN GURGAON ON DATE 19/07/2013 THEY CHECK AND SAID THAT LCD+MBD HAS TO REPLACE AND THEY FIX THE PROBLEM, BUT AFTER 10 DAYS MY LAPTOP HAS SAME PROBLEM .FIRST OF ALL I THINK THERE ARE SOME OTHER PROBLEM BUT DELL COMPANY IS HIDING SOME PROBLEM,
NOW, NOW THE SYSTEM IS TOTALY SUT DOWM FOREVER AND IT IS NOT STARTING THE WINDOW.

PATHETIC support
Dell has pathetic customer support. It has been 10 days my laptop is not working. No action has been taken. Only false promises and fake commitment. I would never recommend dell to anybody. complaint number: [protected]system shutdown not started
